- Evaluation of the employee suitability for the position he or she is undertaking.
- Auditing assessment of the employees behavioral and technical competencies in compare with those mentioned in the job description, and the criteria and goals in personal and departmental levels.
- Gap analysis and weakness in performance where found.
- Diagnosis of the gaps and weakness in personal levels and in the department level in general.
- Provide full performance report to the Human Resources Director and Minister and producing the Required enhancement and implementation strategy.

Our contract with was to provide consultancy services of employee’s assessment, that aimed at the evaluation and assessment of four departments of the administration services sector:
- Financial department.
- Information technologies (IT) department.
- Human resources department.
- General services department.
