To finalise a review of various departments to look at engagement, assess training needs for current employed staff, identify and recruit for new job openings and replacement personnel due to termination of certain roles.
Identify new engagement initiatives and identify where staff would benefit from reassignment to other roles within the organisation.
Review and produce new/updated job descriptions for current and newly appointed staff who had been identified with the correct profile – coordinate, interview, offer and on boarding.
To interview 98 permanent staff and asses the levels of engagement, recommend training needs, movement of personnel to alternative departments which align with their individual desires and skill set. Identify where new hires were required and at which level and department.
